Humbrol Enamel 14ml No49 Varnish Matt

Humbrol enamel is a classic paint for painting models.

Suitable for most surfaces, including plastic, wood, glass, cardboard, and more. When used on absorbent surfaces (such as plaster), be sure to apply a primer.

Humbrol Enamel paint comes in convenient 14 ml tin cans.

After 6 hours, you can apply a different color or layer. Humbrol Enamel paint dries completely after 24 hours.

Always stir the paint to ensure a uniform finish. It is recommended to stir for at least 30 seconds or longer.

The colors can be mixed together to obtain the desired shade.

Ready to use for brush application.

For use in an airbrush, the paint must be diluted in a ratio of approximately 2 parts of the paint and 1 part of the proprietary Humbrol Enamel Thinnners solvent.

It is better to apply the paint with an airbrush in several thin layers than in one thick layer. Each subsequent layer is recommended to be applied no earlier than after 6 hours.

The drying rate depends on the type of paint:

Enamel gloss: surface drying after 1-2 hours, full drying after 24 hours

Matt and satin enamels: surface drying in 20-40 minutes, complete drying in 24 hours

Metallic enamel: surface drying time ranges from 4 to 6 hours. Completely dry for about 10 days.
